About IMPACT Soccer
IMPACT Soccer is under the direction of Carlos Ayala. Our philosophy is that Soccer should be enjoyed and available to everyone in our community, and that everyone should have access to play Soccer at a higher level. Our goal is to provide a positive environment and a competitive experience for everyone in the Alamo City area. The interest in U.S. Soccer is declining and we want to provide a solution. The fundamentals of the game and TEAM building are what make the sport of FUTBOL a beautiful game. Our focus is to build on those skills, and help young male and female athletes form long-term relationships.
Soccer Parent & Player Guidelines
Parents and players are expected to support their Coach and Manager, respect the Officials and all players "AT ALL TIMES". Please understand that coaches are also part of the game and just like players, they need a cool-down period after the game. Please abide by the 24-hour rule after a game before approaching your coach with any concerns such as playing time, issues with your player, or a simple question. Any issues will be addressed by the Coach and will follow–up with the Director. Parent meetings are available upon request.
Attitude is a critical part of any team's success and we believe that the quality of your attitude will determine the quality of your outlook towards the team goal. We understand the competitive nature of the game but negative attitudes on and off the court with teammates or opposing players will not be tolerated. ”We ask every member of IMPACT to bring a positive attitude to every practice and every game. Attitudes are contagious, and every action has a reaction, so please let yours be a positive one for your team and for our SPORTS organization.

- Practice is critical so players are expected to attend all practices
- Always be prepared
- Compete; never stop playing and use adversity as motivation
- Timeliness. Being on time solves half of the problems
Soccer Practice Times & Locations
Our Academy Program falls under AAYSA, our Alamo Area Local League. All games are within the San Antonio area. Opportunities to play in the Fall or Spring; at that age, we encourage our families to play multiple sports. Building athletes is our mentality. Multi-Sport players develop better so let us know if you want to join for the entire year or just a semester. We offer Basketball and Volleyball as other options to explore your player’s abilities.
