About IMPACT Basketball
IMPACT Basketball was established in June of 2018. Our primary focus and objective are to provide an organized and competitive Basketball instructional program that will prepare young male and female athletes to compete at the highest level in their respective age divisions.
Our approach is simple; provide the best training and coaches who consistently teach the game's fundamentals, and emphasize TEAM basketball. We firmly believe that the core to a player’s confidence on the court is the ability to handle the basketball. We will support that belief with a focus on ball handling fundamentals in every workout for every player, regardless of age or position. Every player is different...and we embrace that. Our first initiative is to build upon the confidence and ability to handle the ball with a particular offensive and defensive fundamental skill development. Once we set a solid foundation for the particulars, we transition our focus to position specific skills providing the necessary guidance and mentorship to enhance strengths while refining weaknesses.
Basketball Parent & Player Guidelines
Guidelines: Parents and players are expected to support their Coach and IMPACT guidelines. Any discussion with Coaches regarding playing time at a tournament is strictly prohibited. Questions or concerns regarding your child’s participation at practice or tournaments or issues with another player will be brought to the Director’s attention first. The Coach’s responsibility is to coach, not to babysit. If a child is not cooperating during practice or at a tournament, the matter will be brought to the Director by the Coach and will be addressed accordingly.
- The first incident will be addressed in a Player/Coach meeting.
- The second incident will be addressed in a Parent/Player/Coach/Director meeting.
- The third incident will result in a suspension from team practices and tournaments.
- If a player or parent is unhappy and leaves during a tournament, the player will not be allowed to return to the team for the remainder of the season.
Attitude is a critical part of any team’s success, and we believe that the quality of your attitude will determine the quality of your outlook towards the team goal. We understand the competitive nature of the game, but negative attitudes on and off the court with teammates or opposing players will not be tolerated.

Basketball Practice Times & Locations
- Teams will practice on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Locations: The Lutheran HS located at 18104 Babcock Rd and at TMI located at 20955 W. Tejas trl.
- Practice times for all teams will be posted March 21st.
- All parents driving through the gate will need a valid driver’s license.
- Please allow time to pass through security.
- TMI will schedule the gate to be open for all practices.
- The gate does not retract so please do not attempt to enter or exit while the gate is closing. Neither TMI nor IMPACT Volleyball will be responsible for any damages caused.
- IMPACT players and parents will have access to the bathrooms located in the lower level but are not allowed to be in any other part of the building except the gymnasiums and lobby areas.
Basketball Club Tuition Info
A Commitment Fee of $350.00 will be required to purchase team gear and secure your position on the team.
Your tuition will cover the following:
- Gym Rental
- Uniforms (Nike: Jerseys, Shorts, Practice Tees, Hoodie, and Bag)
- Tournament Entry Fees
- Coaching Salaries
